A.Sanchez was an amazing landlord! Just to name a few things, he always made sure our driveway and parking lot was clear of snow multiple times a week in the winter, he replaced the washer/dryer unit as soon as I let him know there was a leak, he replaced the padlock when I had trouble with my keys, he even offered to reimburse me when I bought batteries for the smoke detector! When I moved in, the building was repainted and in really good shape! He was always very nice about everything and I felt taken care of!

We rented with Ottawa Gatineau Rentals for nearly four years and had a fantastic experience with them. Their team was professional, diligent and very responsive throughout our tenancy and proved to be exemplary landlords. I have no problems recommending them to any prospective tenants looking for accommodations in the National Capital Region.

My roommate and I rented a apartment at 25 rue Victoria. It was a great apartment, great location, close to government building and short walk to downtown Ottawa. The building and apartment were very clean and well maintained. The apartment had lots of storage and living space with a externally large balcony. All the appliances were in excellent condition. I only had one thing ever needed repaired when I was living there (the closet door) they were very fast to come fix it. Also very helpful and understanding landlord. I would defiantly rent another property from them again.
